Dear Brandon
I am writing to thank you for creating and maintaining the wonderful 150 gallon marine reef aquarium/habitat and cabinet which you so beautifully designed, built, and have maintained over the last 1.5 years. I knew that the tank would be awesome, as I have seen first hand your work for other customers. However, I can honestly say that you have exceeded my expectations. The tank has really come to life over the last 1.5 years, as you have slowly and expertly added fish, shrimp, crabs, snails, starfish, coral, etc. to the tank. My kids, ages 5, 12, and 16 love the tank; not to mention our neighbours, cousins, etc. My five year old will just sit and stare for hours at the tank while occasionally posing questions about the sea life contained in this fascinating habitat. It is a beautiful and thought provoking centrepiece in our home and it has inspired all of my children to become much more interested in the oceans, and ocean life.
Thanks for everything and I look forward with expectation to the new creatures and sea life you will bring us.

From the time that I decided to invest in a saltwater aquarium through my first year of ownership Brandon and the staff at Elite Aquarium have done a great job of guiding me. The initial consultation and education took into account my specific space, my desires and what I wanted not what they were interested in selling “that day”.
The technicians who set up and continue to take care of my tank are professional and mindful of my business and office staff. Most importantly they talk to me regularly about the animals in my tank and help me consider what additions might make sense. All of the staff has been readily available. Our aquarium adds movement, life and color to our waiting room. Since many of our customers prefer to wait for the cars to be serviced, some people sit in our waiting area for several hours at a time. The aquarium helps break up their monotony and watching the fish swim adds a bit of relaxation. Children love it, too!
Since I am very busy taking care of my customers and do not have time to worry about the aquarium it is so nice to have a reliable company taking care it for us. Whenever I have a question or need fish food your staff has been responsive to my needs. Recently our power went out for eight or ten hours, when the power came back on I called to have them make sure the tank was okay and Elite Aquarium Services was very responsive.
I like that I get to feed the fish and your company takes care of rest. It is a pleasure to work with people who care about their customers.
